How does the monthly allowance work?
Each plan includes a rolling 30-day allowance of model use. There’s no single reset moment — instead, each turn drops out of your usage window 30 days after you ran it. Different models consume the allowance at different rates, so we don’t advertise a flat “X messages” number; the usage pill in the chat shows your current state at a glance.
What is extra usage?
When you exhaust your monthly allowance, you can buy extra usage from £1 up to £100 in a single click. A platform fee is included in each top-up — higher amounts offer better value. The exact fee for the amount you pick is shown on every purchase before you commit. Each top-up stays valid for 30 days and kicks in automatically once your monthly allowance runs out. Top-ups carry across plan changes (Plus → Free or vice versa).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plus is monthly with no commitment. Cancel from the billing page; you keep Plus access until the end of the current period, then drop to Free. No exit fee, no clawback on extra usage you've already paid for.
Why do you gate frontier models on Plus?
Frontier models (Sonnet 4.6, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Opus 4.6, o3) cost meaningfully more per call than the standard models. Plus unlocks them with a separate 15-per-day frontier sub-cap so the unit economics work for both sides. Free users can still try the deliberation experience via Advanced Thinking — it runs three standard models alongside a Sonnet 4.6 arbiter.
Is my data stored or used to train models?
Conversations and attachments are stored in your account so you can return to them later. We don’t train any models on your data, and we never share it with third parties beyond the model providers needed to fulfil your requests. You can export or delete everything from the settings page (GDPR articles 17 + 20).
When is Pro available?
Pro is locked while we tune the higher-tier limits + Opus 4.7 + team workspaces + API access. We'll announce a date once the infrastructure is ready. The "Coming soon" CTA on the pricing card is intentional — we'd rather ship Pro right than ship it early.
