These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and AISynvex (“we”, “us”, “AISynvex”) when you sign up for or use the service at aisynvex.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. What AISynvex is
AISynvex is a multi-AI chat platform. We let you send messages to AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google through a single interface. We offer four ways to use the models:
- Single — one model answers, full control over which
- Multi AI — three models answer in parallel; you pick which one writes the integrated final output
- Cowork — three models specialise into Reasoning, Coding, and Design roles, with a planning step that routes the right work to the right specialist
- Advanced Thinking — a deeper deliberation flow where models critique each other, then Opus arbitrates the verdict
The features we offer evolve over time. We may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially affects the value you get from the service, we’ll tell you in advance.
2. Your account
You need an account to use AISynvex. When you create one, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate (especially your email — we use it to contact you)
- You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials
- You won’t share your account or sell access to it
- You’re at least 16 years old (the minimum supported age)
- Each person should have one account — duplicate accounts to evade rate limits or daily caps are prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy
3. Acceptable use
Your use of AISynvex must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. The short version: don’t use AISynvex for anything illegal, abusive, or designed to circumvent our protections. The full list of prohibited uses + the enforcement process (warnings, suspension, termination) is in the AUP.
4. Your content
You own what you write. The messages you send and the AI responses you receive are yours. We don’t claim ownership of your prompts or the model outputs you generate.
To run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process your content as needed to deliver the service to you (for example: showing your past conversations on reload, sending your prompt to the AI provider you picked, generating credit telemetry). This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account.
AI providers we route your messages to (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) do not use your content to train their models when accessed through their commercial APIs, per their published policies. See Privacy Policy §4 for details.
AI-generated content has no warranty of accuracy. Models hallucinate. Verify anything important before relying on it — especially legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical output.
5. Billing and credits
Free tier
The Free tier gives you a generous rolling 30-day usage allowance for Single chat, Multi AI Comparison, and Advanced Thinking. The allowance is event-sourced: usage drops out of your 30-day window 30 days after each turn, rather than all at once at a daily reset. If you exhaust the allowance, you’ll see a cap-reached message until older usage rolls off (or you can upgrade or add extra usage).
Plus tier
Plus is a £19.99/month subscription billed monthly through Stripe. It unlocks frontier models, the full Multi AI Debate flow, the Cowork orchestrator, and a higher-tier Advanced Thinking arbiter. You can cancel at any time through your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period (no proration).
Extra usage (top-ups)
Top-ups are one-time purchases that add usage to your account on top of your monthly allowance. You pick any amount from £1 to £100 per purchase; a platform fee is included in each top-up, and higher amounts offer better value. The exact fee — and the gross charge — is shown on every purchase before you commit. Top-up usage is valid for 30 days after purchase and consumed first-in-first-out across purchases.
Top-up usage you’ve already purchased does not expire if you change subscription tier. If you downgrade from Plus to Free, your existing top-up balance remains spendable until it is consumed or the 30-day window for each top-up runs out. Top-ups are not refundable on tier changes or cancellation — they remain spendable as long as your account is active.
Refunds
Under UK consumer rights, you can cancel a digital-services contract within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used the service yet. For Plus subscriptions you start using right away, the right to cancel ends as soon as you make your first chat send under the new tier.
Outside the cancellation window, we offer pro-rata refunds where the service is materially broken on our side (a service outage that prevents you from using the credits you paid for). For user-initiated cancellations of an active subscription, we don’t refund the remainder of the current period — the subscription continues until the period ends and then stops renewing.
Top-ups are not refunded on tier changes; they remain spendable as long as your account is active. If you downgrade from Plus to Free, any unused top-up balance carries over and stays usable on the Free tier within each top-up’s 30-day window.

Stripe handles payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep AISynvex available 24/7, but we can’t promise zero downtime. The AI providers we route to occasionally have outages or rate-limit us; when that happens, the affected provider will return errors until they recover. We’ll surface those errors clearly in the chat UI rather than failing silently.
We may take the service down for maintenance with reasonable notice where practical, or without notice for security or stability emergencies.
7. Termination
You can terminate at any time
Visit /settings and click Delete account. We schedule the deletion 30 days out — during that window you can sign back in and click Cancel deletion to undo. After 30 days, your account, conversations, files, and any active subscription are permanently removed.
We can terminate for cause
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you seriously breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — for example: running illegal content through the service, attempting to abuse the AI providers, fraud, payment chargebacks, or repeated AUP violations after warnings.
For less serious AUP issues we’ll usually warn first, then suspend if the behaviour continues. The AUP’s enforcement section walks the typical sequence.
What survives termination
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination — payment obligations for services already delivered, intellectual property ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
AISynvex is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy of AI-generated content
- Specific uptime targets or service levels
- Any particular AI provider remaining available indefinitely
- The service being suitable for any particular purpose
Statutory consumer rights you have under UK law (such as goods or services being of satisfactory quality) are not affected by this disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data not caused by our breach, business interruption)
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is greater
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death / personal injury caused by our negligence)
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of AISynvex in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — including the cost of defending those claims.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (anything that materially affects your rights or obligations) will be notified in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, giving you a chance to delete your account if you disagree. Minor edits (typos, link fixes, clarifications) take effect on publication.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence as required by applicable consumer law.
